Anomaly- Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) Explosion!

Less than a minute into flight, an explosion ocurred on one of the GEM 63XL solid rocket boosters (Northrop Grumman).
The Vulcan center core liquid fuel booster managed to compensate.
Fortunately, the mission was ultimately successful, notching a nominal orbital insertion and testing of the Centaur 5 upper stage.
